IMPORTANT : If you have the CS retail version you will need to place a file named HL.EXE in
the same directory as CS.EXE
Any little file will do just rename it to HL.EXE. It will make the screenshot converter recognize the directory as the HL-dir.
This also works in 1.6. Just locate your screenshots under your account in the steam directory.

All you need to do is: download EAHLBmp2Jpg.Zip, extract the file EAHLBmp2Jpg.exe
to a folder of your own choice and execute it.
It will find your HL directory and start converting. All screenshot bitmaps (ex.
crosfire0000.bmp) will be converted
to jpg files (ex. b2j_crossfire0000.jpg) and the 2.3Meg bitmap file is deleted.
You save ~2.1Meg per file.
These figures are only correct in the 1024x768 resolution. You'll save less space if you
run at a lower res., but the percentage will be the same.
We did this on [+35]Mohammed's 227Meg screenshots and he ended up with 12Megs.
